What was the highlight of Vega Suites
Staff are friendly and helpful.
I have problem with down pillow. The lady at the front desk was easy to communicate and very helpful by providing me with a foam pillow. On another day, I expressed that the blanket is not warm enough for me. I was provided with one more blanket prompted. Also, I had a cough and cold during my stay in Vega Suite. When I discussed with the staff, an air purifier was brought to my room and it helps a lot.
I understand that most hotels keep windows locked for security reason. Is it possible to allow a bit of fresh air to ventilate the room when hotel guest have health needs.

Location & friendly staff. Impressed in particularly that , I could get back my watch from the staff team which I left in room while checking out. Work ethics and integrity highly appreciated

location is closed to MTR station and a large shopping mall
-Average cleanliness - no privacy of bathroom. There is no lock and the wall of bathroom is semi transparent. - no private elevators to the hotel rooms. Need to share the elevator with the customers to the restaurants which is busy during rush hour

What was the highlight of Vega Suites
Good
The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping did a good job , the housekeeping lady changed the towels and made the beds every day. The location is convenient for shopping and eating.
The lightings are not bright enough especially in the bathroom and in front of the mirror. These places should be brighter for people to put on make up or lookong at their appearance when going out
